Food For Babies
It is good frozen vegetables to make my Baby Food? Or vegetables are best? I nd to cook for my 6 mth?
I mean cooking food vegetables.but for my babies I think one should you use? BCZ in this busy life, buy fresh vegetables, cut, washed …. These days I use the consuming.If r frozen vegetables, which r sold in most stores, will they be nutrious for my baby? my baby is 6 months old
Hello, (your baby is at the appropriate age to start eating real food that helps you grow, but only as soup mashed or blended) Yes, frozen vegetables are better than fresh and good unless collected fresh from the garden to wash and after use. However, frozen are the best for nutrition and if you want a good advice and then forget all the canned food or stewed (small bottles in boots ready to complete nutrition) these are all no good, try using frozen vegetables to make soup and mix the whole batch before feeding your baby and you will see the difference in pushing the baby's body, do not use projects with cauliflower or broccoli cos they are hard on the stomach of your baby! I have a suggestion always use a small potato to mix into the vegetable soup and a piece of fresh meat fat and only a small touch of salt, and of course mixing the batch. I have another recipe small if you want to try: wash and boil two fresh potatoes until tender and then peel the skin and mash with a small button on the butter (unsalted butter is best) and then add that the yoke of an egg mass (this effect can be obtained only if Very fresh eggs from the farm of a friend or try to get a chicken in his garden to provide fresh eggs!) and if you want a taste try adding a soft cheese of preference (Kiri) Your baby will love this recipe cos it has calcium and protein that is so good and healthy for bones and babies will also help a healthy growth environment (+ teeths start walking at an early age!).
