Home Made Baby Food

How do I keep home made Baby Food (fruits) from browning?
Particularly peaches-apples- and pears. I peal bake and then puree them, then I freeze them immediately but they still turn brown-especially the pears. What can I do to prevent this?
WE use a product called Fruit Fresh. Just a powdered ascorbic acid mixed with water in a bowl, just dip your peeled fruit in it and then continue on processing. Works wonders for peaches, pears and apples especially when making apple sauce. Keeps it nice and white.
